What is a Windows RDP server?
It's your own Windows Server virtual machine that you use over Remote Desktop (RDP). It has NVMe storage and full administrator rights, you reach it through our encrypted Remote Desktop Gateway, and it stays online when your own computer is off.
How fast is setup?
Usually about four minutes from payment to your first login. The dashboard shows when it's ready.
How do I connect?
With Remote Desktop: it's built into Windows, and the free Windows App works on Mac, iPhone and Android. Each server page has a ready-made .rdp file.
Where are the servers?
In Falkenstein, Germany, on 1 Gbit/s DDoS-protected networks.
What payment methods do you take?
Cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where available), or your account balance.
What happens if a payment fails?
The server is switched off until it's paid. If it stays unpaid, it's deleted after 7 days.
